How to interpret the result
The multiplication method is deliberately simple. Organizations may use different definitions, weighting or escalation rules. A useful record should still include the scenario, consequence, evidence, uncertainty, owner, treatment and review trigger.
Privacy
The tool runs in the browser. It does not submit the fields to this website, create an account, save a server copy or provide a backup. Printing is controlled by the browser.
